The Lighthouse Landing H.O.A, Inc. is an incorporated non-profit association.  A building permit and H.O.A apporval is required prior to construction of new homes and remodeled homes and/or new additions, improvements, or modifications.  All areas of the golf course have protective deed restrictions and homeowner’s association dues.
