Park Policies
Office Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (except holidays)
Registration: Please register upon arrival. Fees payable in advance.
Check Out Time: 12:00 Noon
Laundry, Restrooms, Showers: Open 24 hours. Please help us keep them clean. Please notiy the office if they require attendance. Combination will be given at check in.
Ice: Available 11:00 to 4:00 Monday – Friday located at the Lighthouse Restaurant $1.oo/bag.
Propane: Available at HEB or 4T Propate at (325) 428-7788.
Children: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. In particular unserpervised children are NOT allowed on the golf course or at the tanks. This policy is strictly enforced for your and tour children’s safety.
Driving/Speed Limit: To maintain safe park and golf course conditions for people walking or walking their pets please drive SLOW. This is strictly enforced.
Trash: Please place tied plastic bags in the dumpster. Please DO NOT olace RV trash in the pavilion center trash cans.
Pets: Are welcome! Your pets must be kept under control on a leash and attended to while outside. Please clean up after your pets. Your pet must not disturb other guests.
Firearms & Fireworks: Not Permited
Open Fires: All fire pits must be approved by management. All fires must be extinguished before going to bed.
Set Up
- Please ensure that your sewer hose is properly connected.
- Please use pads (boards) under the jacks on motor homes and 5th wheels.
- Please not rugs or ground coverins on grass
- Please check for leaks or drips after you hook-up
- During the colder months please freeze-protect your water connection or fill your fresh water tanks or leave the water disconnected at night.
Site
Please DO NOT park or drive on the golf course. if you require boat parking or have more than one vehicle please notify the office and we will make arrangements for addistional parking. no washing RV’s vehicles, boats, at your site or on park/golf course grounds. No tents or shade covers allowed. No clotheslines. No abusive, belligerent, violent or threatening acts or language toward any other guest/employees will be tolerated.
